Return Policy

At Vonu, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there might be instances when you need to return a product, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our return policy guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns for products within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Initiating a Return

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@vonubaby.com or 317-665-6577.
• Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Process

• After your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
• You will be responsible for securely packaging the item and covering the return shipping costs.

4. Refund or Exchange:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your return.
• If the return is approved, you can choose to receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method, or you can opt for an exchange if the same product is available.
• A 20% restocking fee is applied to mitigate shipping costs and, due to hygienic reasons, we cannot resale the product.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

• Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other considerations. These items include fabrics, consumables and the burp booster.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Return Shipping Address:

• The return shipping address will be provided to you by our customer support team once your return request is approved.

8. Processing Time:

• Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the product and process your refund or exchange.

9. International Returns:

• For international returns, please contact our customer support team for further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
